Portland Regional Educational Telecommunications Corporation (PRETC) was established in 1983 to transmit educational programming in the greater Portland area. Today, PRETC focuses on philanthropic initiatives through the Oregon Raindrop Fund. Our work advances progressive values throughout the entire state.
